"Lovely room. Absolutely no frills, not even a bar of soap or shower cap. In room coffee is extortionate at $16 for 2 cups. Staff were lovely especially the lady that helped us with quick checkout "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Customer service was great. The room was clean and spacious. My room key never worked to exit the parking structure but a quick service call fixed it. My only complaint is the $20 a day for parking. We already pay a resort fee, we shouldn’t have to pay parking as well."
