"I ran into a hiccup when reserving my rooms. Neither expedia or the hotel would help me. I was trying to merge 2 reservations so I wouldn't have to check out and check back in the same day. They refused to help me. So I checked out in the morning and waited until 4pm to check back in - only to have them tell me they put me in the same room! Seriously!? I was quite upset they were not willing to made the changes I needed."

"Overall stay was good there was a smell from sewage that was coming into the hotel lobby. Wish the room had a refrigerator. "

"Room was cleanish. They could have taken more time to clean the restrooms. Overall the service was great and the room was beautiful! "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The place is fine, its just not worth the price you pay. The price is comparable to Planet Hollywood and more than others on the strip. You might as well stay at a place with a casino. The elevators are trouble for sure. Usually a line to get up and down during the day."
