It's important to note that in our experience there was nearly no service: when we were there we did not meet a single staff member. But for us this was fine. We spoke to them by phone, and they were very helpful and flexible with us as we solved some checking-in problems (of our own making, not their fault). "We came to stay to visit the Oxford Mayday celebrations for which it was an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with all facilities. We even had a view of Magdalen tower from the room. The breakfast was excellent with all tastes catered for. The room and on-site parking were a bit expensive but this was mostly offset by the excellent location."
