"One of the best service hotels we have stayed at. Room was a nice size, clean but could have done with a bit more dusting. No shower gel in the shower. We could have asked due some but things like this should be checked before letting out the room. However staff were very friendly. The restaurant served quite nice meals. Buffet breakfast is very good too. Love the black pudding. Definitely would stay here again. It's quiet considering it's at a service area. 8/10 from us."

"Beautiful stay at The Store. It is in the centre of Oxford and in walking distance of all local restaurants and the new theatre. We arrived slightly early, but were able to complete pre check in and our bags were kept safely. We headed up to the terrace bar while waiting for our room - beautiful views! Every member of staff was exceptional, couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! We will definitely choose The store again on our next visit. Tip: if travelling by car - park at Westgate only a 5 minute walk to the hotel."

"Our third stay and it’s just a fantastic time every time. Cozy, authentic. Great bathrooms and showers, thick fluffy towels, very quiet — it feels like you’re staying in a wealthy friend’s manor house. So amazing to stay in a luxury hotel that’s not become corporate and impersonal."

"Very comfortable bed! A fan was provided which was awesome given the heat wave that was happening! There was an iron/ironing board and the room was spacious. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Had a great supper in the restaurant. Parking on site for a very reasonable price. Great location for exploring plus the area around was very quiet."
