"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"Amazing hotel and is in a good location. The room was cleaned to a very good standard and lastly I want to add the staff were very friendly and polite. This is my favourite location to stay in Ghana and will definitely be making a trip back. "

"Room was excellent, food was exquisite and staff was pleasant and quite attentive. Whenever i return to the Accra great region, this will be my home away from home. The driver, Issac and the tour guide Andy were exceptional!!!"
