"Everything was excellent, from caring staff, property condition and food. Please note that there is no lift, but they take your bags up and down (2-4 floors). Free coffee/tea in their cafe/bar. Onsen was also very good. Room was spacious and we were allowed an early check-in. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chuzengi. Take care driving up the winding road during winter."

"施設内は清掃も行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごせました。パウダールームにはティーパックやラテの粉なども置いてあり、寒い日でしたが、体が暖まりました。バンガローからトイレまでが少し遠かったのと、パウダールームに虫が多かったこと、車がバンガロー横に置けなかったのが少し残念ではありました。バンガロー内はガスヒーターや電源もあり、暖かく過ごせました。トータル的には良かったです！"
