"Instalaciones muy limpias, es muy grande, y la comida estuvo rica, como unica queja sería que despuws de las 10:30 pm, y no hay comida, y por ejemplo en la cena no habia nada apetecible ni uno de los dias que estuvimos hospedados, y ya no podemos comer otra cosa, pues y no hay ni snacks, no siquiera en el bar del lobby, no hay room service, y tuvimos que gastar en cena extra para comprarla en un atfotma"

"El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones, todo muy limpio y se cuida cada detalle. La comida de muy buena calidad a todas horas. Es la mejor opción si se busca relajación, tranquilidad y las mejores vistas posibles. No tiene acceso cercano a playa, por lo que es un hotel para buscar paz y disfrutar del servicio e instalaciones."

"Excelente ubicación, las suites con cocina, cuartos con baño independiente son una muy buena opción. Se le notan los años al hotel y en algunas cosas le falta mantenimiento pero el trato del personal es muy cálido y servicial. "

"Tuvimos una estadía súper linda. Si bien el hotel se nota es de cierta antigüedad, el personal y su buena atención eleva las ganas de quedarte y disfrutar el momento. La playa es es de piedras pero el agua llega con menos olas y es muy divertida para los niños. Se pueden ver los peces y eso es muy relajante. La comida del restaurante está abundante y a buen precio para ser de hotel. Tuvimos suerte que al llegar nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que contratamos y estuvo muy cómoda. "

Las señoras de limpieza super atentas y los de mantenimiento. La habitación con balcón hacia la calle es cómoda. Michell atento al recibirnos. Una buena opcion"

"We absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone....

"Everything was perfect and I am not sure if the beach house has control of it or not but there is an empty house next to the beach house and it has a swimming pool with very green water. Nest for mosquitos."

"The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with."
