"This property feels dated and in need of a full refresh. The room had a noticeable musty odor, and overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The air conditioning unit was very loud and struggled to cool the space effectively. After showering, I used the bath mat to wipe the floor and it picked up a significant amount of dirt, which was concerning. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect a comfortable or well-maintained stay."

"Stayed at the Renaissance Spa Hotel and had a great experience overall. Shawn at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. I stayed on the 19th floor with beautiful city views and a partial ocean view. I spent 7 nights there, and the room was consistently clean and comfortable thanks to excellent housekeeping.
It’s about a 20-minute walk to Waikiki, which is nice if the weather isn’t too hot. Otherwise, the hotel offers a shuttle service that runs every two hours. Uber...

"The staff was amazing. Valet services were great. We enjoyed eating at the Redfish restaurant while staying at Wayfinder. Hot tub was nice and so was the pool. Poolside rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. Easy walk to the beach and shops at the International Market. Enjoyed the stay very much."

"This property is absolutely perfect. Near so many different stores and restaurants and the walk to the beach is smooth and simple. The condo was extremely clean. The only con I have is checkout time is extremely early considering you have to clean up take trash out wash dishes power off everything. Really didn’t have much time to wake up but besides that 10/10 highly recommend. "
