"We have stayed here before and it’s a great complex. The view over the lake is fantastic as is the layout of the complex. The unit is new like with a great bathroom."

"The staff and room were great, however there is a serious lack in parking and the construction sounds were sometimes overbearing (to be fair this is only a temporary problem and when the construction finishes I think there will be more parking and less noise)"

"Room was clean and tidy. King bed was European style which is two beds joined, it made the middle a little uncomfortable. The fridge has an alarm as soon as you open it which was jarring when raiding it at 2am for a cold drink. The room we had was joined to another room which was cleaned very early by some noisy cleaners. Very close to Spark arena making it an ideal choice for concerts."

"The property is a short walk from Sky City and the shops. Keep in mind the hotel is located at the top of the hill, so the walk back feels longer than it is. The room was ideal if you are looking to make small meals; a washer/dryer is a great addition, and car parking is available. Would recommend"
