"We took our grandkids. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room had 2 x Qeen size beds. The hotel facilities were good. We all enjoyed hot swimming pool and spa. The hotel is about 10 min walking distance from city centre. Overall, we had a wonderful time. "

"We love staying at the grand millennium and this is our 4th visit now. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The pool is excellent and great for the children. The one drawback was having to park at the civic this time round as the hotel car park was full so it did cost us more that we initially planned for but that’s a small drawback. Next time we come up we’re going to try the breakfast as it’s usually out of our budget but it looks so good in the...

"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
