The room was not very clean when we arrived. We found leftover drinks and cups that had been squeezed and stuffed inside the safe, and the air vents were noticeably dirty, which caused us to sneeze throughout our stay. Pool service was also difficult to find, and it seemed like the hotel could really benefit from...

"the room was very dirty, there were shaved hair all the towels when we first checked in. we asked to get new towels and they didn't come until 3-4 hours later, and instead of coming in and changing the towels for us, they threw it in a bag outside our door. even the new towels were dirty with blood stains. the rooms also had a terrible moldy smell that was unbearable even with windows open. staff at the front desk were also extremely rude and rolled her eyes at the guests multiple times."

"The most unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. The woman who usually works the afternoon shift at the front desk has a very poor attitude. Overall, the staff at this hotel are not helpful. The location is convenient and close to the freeway, which is why we stayed here three times. However, because of the consistently poor customer service, we’ve decided not to book with them again."
