"The bed was very comfortable was about the only good thing about the room. We arrived and there was only one cup with the coffee machine. The electric heaters had their fronts off and on the floor. Tried to change temperatures on the A/C but didn’t seem to work as it would come on for a few minutes shut off and come on again about 10 minutes later. The repair caulked joint on the bath tub had mould on it. The paint around the bathroom door was chipped. We put the refresh tag on the door...
