"We had an amazing time at the Blackhawk. I haven’t been in many, many years. The service and cleanliness still remain perfectly the same. The staff goes above and beyond. The other guests have been coming year after year during the 4th of July weekend/week and are very respectful and pleasant. The hot tub in our suite was new or newer and worked very well after full days out and about."

Something came up and we had a extra person with and Deana the lady at the front desk offered us a bigger room with no hesitation and CJ made sure we had clean sheets after our first night. "This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again.."
