"We love staying at the Penang Marriott. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We always book a Club Room and find the staff who serve there absolutely A1, truly a home from home! Hats off to Samson and his team. He is a smashing fellow, very engaging and could not do enough for us, when we were in the Club. The Marriott are lucky to have him. "Had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The building is around 150 years old so don't expect modern amenities, but it has very good facilities nonetheless. Staff were friendly and very helpful, room extremely comfortable, good A/C, good pool and excellent breakfast range. The free tour was a great bonus. It's in easy walking distance of all the main sights in George Town and the area felt very safe. Worth staying at the Blue Mansion just to say that you have stayed there. The fact it is also a very decent hotel in addition to being a top tourist attraction is the icing on the cake"

"The staff are all very friendly and helpful. When we informed front desk staff about a faulty TV . To our surprise the maintenance staff was already at the room door waiting for us immediately. When the card could not work for the elevator, staff immediately rectify the issue. Especially Ady who is very helpful and provides information and clarifications to assist guests with a cheerful smile. Well done! Keep up the good work!"
