"It's my second stay here and definitely becoming my go to. The rooms are newly refurbished, neatly finished & everything works great - even the air cons (which more often than not don't work in the UK in summer!). What made me return however is the staff, they're just genuinely helpful & really pleasant. Location also fabulous a few minutes walk from Paddington."

"We had the most lovely stay at Royal Lancaster. A family of three, we had a great corner room that was very comfortable, both the main bed (especially) and even the twin- which usually these are not so comfortable. Everything was immaculate and the rooms were very convenient in closet and drawer/wardrobe space. Residential area which is nice and quiet , right across from Hyde Park. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, recommend to try it. It has many nice options, both healthy and indulgent....

"The property was very clean and convenient location. Was close to the Edgewere road under ground and Paddington station. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. We were staying with our 3 year old so the kitchenette was perfect for making any top meals or lunches to take with us on our days out. Definitely booking with them again! "

"Due to my schedule, very brief stay for me, a bit longer one for my luggage. I got to the hotel at 11 am to left my luggage, and was not able to get back before 4 am next morning due to my travels. They kept good care of my luggage and were very welcoming. Had to leave before 7 am, but had a great shower and a good two hours of sleep. Great location near Paddington station. Cute room for one person, clean bathroom. Everything I needed for my very brief stay! Unfortunately didn't have a chance to...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
