Arsenale waterbus stop is just a few minutes from the door which was so handy. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and anything we had was nice. The only small issue is if you take this room Make sure is the main hotel phone number handy in your invoice so you can get the card to go to your room. Expedia do not specify the contact well..
