This was an impeccable place and we loved every moment. We many times just came back to dinner in the bar. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. I even had our clothes washed and they were ironed to perfection the next day! Chocolates on our pillows a glass dome with little treats in our room! We will always come back to Londra Palace and the Relais and Chateau’s hotel designation.

Londra is the best

The hotel was amazing. Great location and in a perfect spot. It was quickly accessible to everything. The hotel staff were fantastic and the room was beautiful. We would definitely come back to the Londra Palace again.

One fine property. We had almost lost hope to see hospitality again since Covid. A real gem of a hotel with a excellent concierge team that arranged transportation and services to see Venice and surrounding islands Murano and Burano but also to to a cruise departure and arrival in Trieste. Excellent location. A little touristy. But certainly puts you in the center of all. Close to public and private transit. Close to shopping and all restaurants. Concierge, was so accommodating. Had great suggestions and eager to help. Led us to more local restaurants and away from tourist places. Helped arrange transfers. Was overall very helpful.

One of the worst values at any hotel ever. Charged $2,000 per night and the cleaning staff didn’t leave toilet paper when cleaning the room on 2 of 3 nights. The breakfast is pedestrian in food offering and quality and the table service was horrendous. Chef doesn’t know how to properly cook eggs.
