"Air conditioner did not keep room cool at night. My bed was horrible and blanket had stains all over both beds. Toilet would not even flush properly Friday night and then Saturday would not flush at all in the morning or that night. Would not recommend staying there "

"We were greeted by trash thrown all over the stairs that we had to walk around to get to our 2nd floor room. It was mostly empty which was comfortable. Ice machines were all broken so if you stay here, spring for the room with he fridge & microwave. Toilet was crooked & at a weird angle so you couldn’t sit comfortably. I only booked here bec breakfast is listed as an amenity but it was abysmal. There was only bagels & toast for food. The coffee maker had fruit flies all over the drip catcher....

"I enjoyed my stay. I wish there was a table and chair in the room (209). For an extended weekend, it would have been nice to eat my meals on it. There seemed to be enough room for one. Other than that, an excellent visit. Thank you"

"Convenient location, pleasant staff, reasonable value for stay. Work out area was tight and lacked universal type strength training, but had ample aerobic equipment. Entry and lobby had a chemical fragrance smell, which my wife and I are sensitive to, but the room smell itself was fresh and clean."

"Used to be a Holiday Inn, now owned by independent for Wyndham. Restaurant, Bar, Tiki bar are owned by a local on the island and they are great, happy staff. Yet, Staff behind deck (which looks like a gym ) for check in, no so, rude, couldn’t care less you’re there. Will say, day I checked out, desk staff much nicer and SMILED! You have to pay for parking which is not right. Paid $11.73 a day. A much older sr woman asked where she could park for free, staff told her, “On the Street.” Which is a...

"The staff were so WONDERFUL! I had last minute changes and the staff were so sweet and helpful to get my updates made and accommodate my extra travelers. Janie kept in touch and made sure everything was taken care of. Monica made sure our stay was everything we needed and was always available! Breakfast was amazing, and the host was so good my group! JC was so welcoming when we arrived SUPER late that Friday evening, but made sure we were met with kindness and friendly service. BEST STAY EVER!...
