Quality Inn Pagosa Springs
Hotel is extremely dirty. Dirty nasty old used mattresses in the hallways and the entryway of the building.

Club Wyndham Pagosa
When it is dark, the street signs are impossible to see, making it difficult to find our unit. We left our swimsuits in the dryer when we left. After 5 days, they still have not checked the dryer to see if they are there. We told them on day ONE.
