"We had a text a couple of days before and were able to ask a couple of questions. We were welcomed by Vernon on arrival and shown around the hotel. Vernon was keen to show the girls the dancing and they had a long session the next morning. Breakfast was cereal and we had coffee and tea. The guest house is very clean and tidy and welcoming. "Absolutely fabulous if you're looking for a retreat in the country side. Access to Bovey Castle amenities is a nice feature. Enjoyed air rifle shooting range and hawking experience. Cottage is charming and local pub is a very short walk. Driving to the cottage on narrow windy roads is a little challenging but totally worth it!!!"
