"Our experience was lovely in the pool and room service was great, but when we moved the couch to set up the bed for our toddler, we found a huge amount of old puke in multiple places including under the toddler bed we were using. "We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The hotel is in a great location. Close to train stations and theaters. The rooms were very clean and not too small. The onsite restaurant was very good and the roof top bar provide a great view of London. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. We will definitely be back!"
