I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming....

"I stayed at the Bob Hyde Park for 2 nights solo at the end of a Euro trip and I LOVED it. The room was clean and new and had everything you could need while travelling. The check in process was incredibly smooth, and I appreciated the ability to drop off luggage early even without a front desk - though there was someone there to greet me.
