Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I was deeply impressed by the kindness and wonderful hospitality of all the staff. The hotel and guest rooms were lovely, with a playful atmosphere, making for a very fulfilling stay. The breakfast was also very luxurious, and choosing what to eat was exciting. The access to the station was excellent, so I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit London!!!!

voyage en famille. Appartement en sous-sol très mignon. Bémol: l'escalier extérieur pour y descendre (très abrupte). Personne en perte de mobilité ou d'équilibre s'abstenir ou le mentionner afin d'obtenir une autre location. Très confortable. Avons beaucoup apprécié! Proche de la gare Victoria.

Struttura vicina a London Victoria, in quartiere residenziale e sicuro. Struttura abbastanza pulita, a mio avviso togliere la moquette che è poco igienica. Personale gentile e disponibile, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Colazione dolce o salata (a pagamento) buona, colazione a buffet un po' monotona e poco varia.

Great location, a short walk to Victoria Station and just off major bus routes provided easy access to get where we wanted to go. Also within walking distance of some of the major attractions. Can’t say enough good things about the service and the unit!

Stanza pulita, molto piccola e anche il bagno piccolo difficile muoversi. Colazione deludente, pochissima scelta la chiamano continentale ma oltre a 2 briosce, yogurt e qualche fetta di pane e salume non ha praticamente altro. Se vuoi uova strapazzate, pancetta o altro non è incluso !

Lovely stay at Georgian House Hotel. We arrived early on check-in day and they were happy not only to hold our luggage but also carry it up to our room for us once the room was available. Everyone was so kind and courteous, and they were happy to help with whatever they could. We had quite a lovely stay. The bed was roomy and comfortable and the bathroom was super clean (albeit snug, but that's to be expected in the city, I think). Each day the room was provided with a large pitcher of filtered water and two packs of delicious biscuits, as well as tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and actually quite a good value, as they provided extraordinary and unlimited juices and lattes as part of the breakfast, and it would have cost at least that much to get breakfast out on the town. We'd definitely stay here again. Travel tip: Victoria Station is huge and convoluted -- exit from the Regional Rail Track 1 exit door, turn right, and the hotel is just two blocks down and three to the left. If you exit from a different exit, though, you will walk forever and get very very lost.

The room was absolutely spotless, my only one fault was the size of the bathroom and the walls under the sink and around the shower could do with a good water mark remover but the room was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. All the staff were absolutely amazing, the gentleman who showed us to our room was lovely, he looked so excited just to show us it. Location was perfect, 10 mins walk from Victoria train station

This is the perfect location for exploring London. I took the tiny single room, just right for one person who needed somewhere to rest but had a busy itinerary the rest of the time. The staff helpfully posted on an item when I had forgotten it too, emailing before I even realised it was missing. I’ll stay here again on my next London visit.

The room and washroom were in good and clean condition with nice small touches. Though washroom and room are pretty small for a family of 4. Plus, a lock on the washroom would have helped for more privacy. Also, I believe it is best to place your room for 4 on the ground or lower level. The 3rd floor with luggages up and down was quite a workout. We did get help bringing our luggages on check in but on check-out the receptionist is too busy already. We also thought we would only have 3 flights of staircases and not 3 sets of staircases which equals to 6. Front desk can be busy with only one attendant. Cleaners should clean and vaccum when there are limited guests in the reception area. Your cleaner was vacuuming right on our feet while awaiting to check out which was uncomfortable. Everyone is corteous which we appreciate. Location is close to the Victoria coach station which was convenient. Luggage storage at the front desk corner after check-out was also a great addition. But was not expecting luggage storage to be in an open area in the corner of the reception room which makes me uncomfortable. But, nothing was lost so thank you.

We recently stayed here for a birthday weekend and overall had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite small and felt very cramped, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom lacked privacy due to a noticeable gap in the door, which may be uncomfortable for some couples. We also found quite a lot of dust in the fan unit, and there was a collapsed floorboard in a narrow part of the room leading to the bed, which felt unsafe — particularly for older guests. Noise was the biggest issue for us. The walls seemed very thin, and we could hear people walking outside, creaking floorboards, and a nearby toilet being used frequently. As a result, we were awake from around 8am both mornings and didn’t manage a proper lie-in. For us, a good night’s sleep is the most important part of a stay, so this was disappointing. There was also a slight damp smell at times, although this appeared to have been masked with air freshener. Prior to arrival, I had requested (via Expedia) birthday bunting in the room and mentioned I was happy to pay extra. Unfortunately, this request wasn’t acknowledged, which was disappointing as it would have made the initial birthday surprise much more special. We were also asked at checkout whether we wished to keep a complimentary service charge that had initially been added, which we found unusual. the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place was excellent, staff friendly, room spotless, wizarding touches all really good. Stayed for one night in wizarding chamber and would definitely stay again.

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable but the shower needed some attention. The shower tray was cracked and the outside needed a good scrub.

Warm and friendly greeting on arrival. Hotel was perfect and room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plenty of choice and tasty. Felt cosy and safe.

The area is great, and well connected by public transport. The room was overall comfortable. The only criticism is that a fair amount of the floorspace is rendered useless due to the lower ceilings on one side of the room (for shorter stays this might not be so much of an issue). It may look nice, but not very convenient. Also the room could not be completely darkened at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely.
