There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. if anything needs refrigerated you have to ask staff they might put medicine or something like that in their fridge in the back somewhere. No way to keep cold bottles of water or anything like that. We couldn’t keep the ice packs for the car cooler frozen. My mom asked for a bottle of water at the bar and was told there was none. "Parking was a challenge. We were blocked in by the Bistro patrons next door; however, the public parking is very close and only had to use it one night. The rest of the time we were able to park in the parking lot of the hotel."

"One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed In over the last 20+ years of frequent travel. First, there is not enough parking in the motel as it appeared many guests are living there. So you have to park in the overflow across the street, not the end of the world but not ideal. Also, upon arrival, we noticed one side of the building was completely caved in from an apparent vehicle ramming and caution taped off. Again, not earth shattering, but not a great aesthetic either. "Beautiful suite that consisted of a living area with beautiful coffee bar, small frig and microwave. The decor and furnishings were so beautiful. The bathroom not only had a gorgeous shower but the floor marble tiles were heated! The bathroom was large with a nice size vanity and huge mirror. Our Friday night stay was a little loud outside pretty late. There was a big wedding reception at The General Lewis and we could hear the loud music. It finally quieted down around midnight.
