Bra!

Hotellet har en fantastisk service och poolområdet är utmärkt! Stranden är sandig upptill och stenig längs med vattnet precis vid hotellet. Ta en kort promenad så möts du av ren sandstrand. Hotellet har väldigt hårda och obekväma sängar.. Köp en badmadrass och lägg under lakanen.

Teníamos una semana reservada y nos fuimos del hotel tras la primera noche, así que no digo más... Instalaciones totalmente descuidadas y antiguas, colchones de muelles, el baños lamentable y sin toallas, nos dijeron que dos días por semana no había servicio de limpieza, etc. Si la chica de recepción directamente entendió que nos fueramos quiere decir que no eramos los primeros y no seremos los últimos. Lamentable que un hotel así puede llamarse de 4 estrellas cuando tiene que haber hostales iguales o mejores. De pena, de verdad, nada recomendable.

Al llegar al hotel algún inconveniente hemos tenido... tema reserva, luego de comodidad, camas muy malo, al día siguiente nos dieron soluciones para una mejor estancia. El personal increíble nos sentimos como en casa muy simpáticos y profesionales, la comida tb es muy buena poca variada pero lo que había estaba muy bueno.

Excellent value and location

The staff are so friendly and happy, and provide an excellent service, particularly the restaurant and bar staff. They made a real difference. The girl in charge of fitness activities, Elena, is amazing. It’s a great place to go as a single person as lots of people do, and the holiday can be as sociable as you want it to be. There was everything I wished for: the beach right outside the hotel, lovely warm weather, affordable all-inclusive, interesting guests, and a room with a view. The only downside is the hotel is a bit tired and in need of renovation, but this did not affect my stay in the slightest. Great hotel if you want a mix of people, a laid back feel, and a white linen tablecloth restaurant that doesn’t have a dress code!

Hotel bien situado, pero la habitación no tenia nada que ver con las fotos publicadas en la web, parecia mas un hostal de los años 70 que un hotel de 4*, la habitacion con la mitad de las bombillas fundidas, telarañas, y manchas "raras" en las paredes. Muy buen bufet, la comida era muy variada y estaba muy bien cocinada, los postres y la bolleria caseros, estaban exquisitos. El personal de cocina y camareros muy atentos, encantadores Hamid y Jamal, muy buenos profesionales

Da evitare assolutamente , in un hotel all inclusive non puoi riciclare la carne del giorno prima proponendo delle polpette.Cucina grassa e poca varietà , più adatta ad una clientela tedesca.Sauna fatiscente , idromassaggio non funzionante.Un disastro , mai più il Fuerteventura Playa.

Teníamos hormigas y cucarachas en la habitación, los baños reformados bien, el resto mal, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no te deja dormir bien, el WiFi lento.

Nonostante il personale cordiale e disponibile l’hotel non è di certo all’altezza del 4 stelle con il quale è etichettato Premetto che non sono una persona particolarmente esigente e quindi mi adatto senza grossi problemi e ritengo importante la pulizia della camera che è stata soddisfatta ... Ma se devo essere obiettiva .. Struttura vecchia che andrebbe ristrutturata sia nella struttura esterna: vedi muri scrostati, macchie di perdite nella veranda dove si mangia.. ma anche negli arredi/tappezzerie vecchie e macchiate Ristorante che si base sulla clientela che lo frequenta quindi 95% tedesca e ci sta .. ma pochissima varietà e scelta di piatti che fatico a comprendere : cannelloni, lasagne e pasta al pesto ?? Non sarebbe meglio proporre piatti a base di pesce (visto che siamo su isola?) Puntare sulla paella sarebbe stata una valida alternativa se non fosse che era quasi sempre scotta. Stoviglie spesso sporche : ci è capitata tazza colazione sporca di rossetto e piatti sporchi di cioccata Le tovaglie non vengono cambiate quindi se non sei il primo ad andare a tavola mangi su un tovagliato gia sporco ... Suggerimento: mettere tovaglie di carta usa e getta?? Nota positiva ambiente giardino molto verde e curato. Conclusione: hotel per chi ha poche pretese e che si accontenta . Non è un 4 stelle. Direi obiettivamente tra 2/3 stelle
