The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The pool villa is nice but the pool is a bit cold due to the weather. Staff are nice and very helpful.

Overall clean and comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast spread . Good location. However we were not able to adjust the aircon temperature, so the room was abit too cold at night. Not sure if the control was faulty.

Pleasant stay
Location is excellent. The hotel grounds and facilities are very well maintained. The gardens are lush and beautiful which makes nice for a relaxing stroll around the property. The rooms are well maintained and spotless as well the staff are very friendly.

The atmosphere is very shady. There should be more cycling lanes. The bed is a bit soft. The receptionist service is very good. The egg breakfast menu is not very good.

Beautiful property with a pool that the kids loved. Very quiet both within and outside of our room. The breakfast was great (though it was hard to explain to 2 little ones why a chocolate fountain wasn't breakfast food) and all the staff was helpful/kind.

One of the best hotel!
Hotel Labaris is one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed. Service started from the minute we stepped in Hotel Labaris's parking area. Special buggy service for my elderly mother was offered immediately. Check-in was smooth and well organised. Rooms are perfect with the most comfortable beds! Staff are very friendly too.

The most romantic, suitable for taking your girlfriend on a date or special day with special one in hotel labaris with mazes and designs that feels like lost in the world of minotaur. the fantasy theme that invites all travelers to find and be spellbound in a beautiful garden with Special animals hidden in the corridors. In each zone, there will be a small corner to take pictures. The whole area is full of little details. Go for a walk in the park, take beautiful photos, or go to the playground. Swimming pool in the middle of the forest and waterfall view to see nature Or even in the room, there are beautiful gimmicks all around to take photos. Beautiful both during the day and at night, nice weather, shady with big trees, service gives 100 out of 10

everything good, Good service, Good location, Good view. except a lot of millipede even on the ceiling and when we'd checked out. We had called bellboy to help us bring our bags to lobby but no one answer our call. may be it's a check out time at noon so everyone check out same time

New Khaoyai Hotel, Well Designed
Nicely designed but not 100% elder or handicap friendly. Probably one of the newer hotel in Khaoyai. Bathroom is big but floor gets slippery due to the tiles used. Access from carpark is by climbing a flight of stairs, not too convenient. Pool interesting in design but not really for swimming. Staff are very responsive and very eager to help and please. Breakfast is good if you are there over the weekend (Fri to Sun). Weekdays breakfast range gets relatively smaller due to less guests.

Generally a good stay with large and clean room, nice breakfast spread, and pretty landscape. However, the bathroom shower pressure needs to be fixed - the pressure is weak and it turns extremely hot and cold every few minutes.

I like the cleanliness and service mind of staffs. What I don’t like is the design of the property which doesn’t seem any flexible or helpful to old people and family who has small kids. Too many stairs, no lifts and not many activities to do. However, they got great swimming pool. Thanks.

Hotel is a relatively newer establishment in Khao Yai, where we stayed for 3 nights. The positives : Rooms are in great condition and well maintained. We stayed with 2 kids at the deluxe room, and was very comfortable for us. Food at the Labaris restaurant was great esp the Thai dishes. Stuff that could improve - Hotel had a play area for kids but access wasn't allowed, not sure why, which is a shame. They also had an open area for soccer, but only had a plastic ball to play around, which turned out ok in the end as the kids enjoyed. Maybe keeping a soccer ball for guests could help. Hotel staff struggle with English, but not all. Room service menu is limited and ends at 9:30. Overall, still very happy with the choice, family enjoyed it and was within budget.

The architecture, landscaoe and exterior of the hotel is superb. However, the interior of the room seems to be missing. The shower and furniyure are already worn down without regular maintenance. The shower flow was very slow and the hot-cold adjustment needs to be improves. During winter, the shower is one of the most important factors to impress guests. This was either too cold or too hot. Breakfast was very average and taste not that good. The hotel is not kid or handicapped friendly. No elevator from parking lot, no elevator to the duplex or the 3rd floor guest rooms. The pathway is covered with rocks which is difficult for wheelchair or stroller to move around. Above all, we will just want to go back for viewing, do not want to stat at this place anymore.

Amazing hotel! It’s very new and the whole place is so pretty. A lot of spots to take photos within the property. Very kids friendly too. We booked a two bedroom villa and the rooms are very spacious. Wished I had stayed here longer to fully explore the facilities. Will come back again.

It was nice hotel. We been traveling 12 hours on the plane, 3 hours in by cars. we were look forward to relaxing, enjoy quiet time there. When we got there. The room was nice, good size, staff on that night we checked in they were very helpful. But the room we were in, it was by the road we can hear everything gone pass the hotel, the room above us were heavy foot stamping all night and day, we had not get a good night sleep when we were there. Asked if we can change to different room or different areas in the hotel, we were happy to pay a bit more then we already paid but staff said no room left available and the few room left it was £115 extra from what we already, she was not really often any options at all. Definitely not stay there again but food in the restaurant was very good , definitely go for food there again
