"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"The staff were really helpful and kind. The hotel had amazing air conditioning which is perfect after a day out. The room was well sized, and enough. The best part is that this is a really centrally located hotel, as it’s across the street from the main train station. So if you plan to do day trips to other cities like Milan, I could only recommend this hotel. As knowing my hotel was literally across the street made it so much easier to return after a long day."

"Hôtel hors d’âge, mal entretenu. Une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre, sous les toits. La Clim ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de tenir debout dans la douche car c’est en sous-pente. La chambre est très sombre, même en journée il faut allumer la lumière.Mal insonorisé. Très bruyant. A fuir!"

"トリノの駅から徒歩でもとても近くでとても便利な場所でした。ただ、部屋の管理者は常駐せず暗証番号で施設に入るやり方でした。管理者とはたまたま近くのバールで施設の場所を聞いたらそこにいたため会えましたが、もしそこで会えなかったら施設に入るのに苦労していたかもしれません。部屋はこざっぱりしていてとても良かったです。"
