"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

"Checking was seamless. Our room was available early. I will not that this hotel is not accessible for those with disabilities. There are steps to the front door, steps to the elevator and the elevator stops between floors so you would need to walk up or down a flight of stairs to access your room. Lovely breakfast. Staff very accommodating."

"The hotel was spotless throughout and maintained to a very high standard, it's in a great, quiet location within easy reach of the trams, buses or walking to the center for shops and site seeing. The room was a great size, bathroom immaculate, clean and well kept. The breakfast was one of the best we've had with lots of choice, all fresh and well presented. "Conveniently located near metro station which was helpful. Only drawback was access to property. If dropped off on front of Main Street you have to take luggage through a long cobblestone Passage but if you get dropped off on a less busy street distance to entrance is shorter but you have a cobblestone long ramp walkway to pull luggage up."

"Definitely a 3 Star at best, fitness center was very basic somewhat limited, my room attendant, missed cleaning my room one day, left my hand soap, lotion and tissues empty. Not that close to city centre."

"All staffs are friendly and the location was perfect for our sightseeing style. We didn’t take breakfasts from the hotel, but there are many cafes nearby. If you want a big breakfast, it’s probably worth to eat at the hotel. Breads, sandwiches and coffees are expensive around the hotel."
