"We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). We really enjoyed food at breakfast and for 3 dinners (roof top setting was beautiful). Everyone was so helpful. The library...

"Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range. "

"Hotel quite recently renovated (looks like). Clean and specious room. We liked our bed and pillows were fine. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. Fresh fruits big bonus, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt etc. We would definitely recommend it. Very close to downtown, 8-10 minutes walk."

We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out."
