"Property and room was incredibly clean. The sheets and comforter were great. Lots of open and available parking spots. Love the shower had shower doors instead of the normal shower curtain."

"This hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. My only issue was the elevator gave me anxiety. It’s an older building and it makes a clicking noise. Besides that, it was fine. Newly refreshed. I would definitely stay again if I weren’t moving out the state."

"This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The rooms are poor quality, and the food offerings are atrocious. This is my third visit, and I don't care to ever come back until changes are made. Another thing; the classification of what is a standard room vs a junior suit needs addressing. I paid for a junior suit but got a standard room. Someone needs to address this. Charging more for a room without and adequate increase in space and amenities needs to be fixed."

"Hotel was Clean staff was friendly. Only bad thing was there are only 2 elevators and 1 of them was down all weekend and cleaning staff had to use the working elevator as well as guests and that elevator was stuck on the nineth floor for a number of hours."

"The bathroom was filthy and disgusting! There were mounds of dust and fuzz on the baseboards. The grout in the shower/tub was yellow and cracked. The shower drain ran slow. Toilet had to be flushed twice with each use. Scan directions said room would be cleaned daily unless guest opted out BUT OOPS, HOTEL SAID NO, YOU HAVE TO CALL AND ASK FOR CLEANING. "I was forced to vacate the unit due to credible death threats made against me by an occupant living next door. The property manager was notified of the situation. Prior to my departure, the neighboring occupant physically assaulted both me and my service dog. Due to concerns for my safety and wellbeing, I had no choice but to leave the premises"
