"The room was spacious and clean. Was told upon check in a shuttle to the Woodfield Mall would be available next morning. Went to sign up for shuttle next morning and was told “we don’t shuttle to the Mall, only to select businesses in the area”. The biggest reason for selecting this hotel was because on the site within Orbitz in the description, it specifically read “shuttle within 5 miles”. Very disappointing to find out that didn’t include the Mall and we had to drive there. Had to hunt down Housekeeping on 2nd day to replenish towels, toilet paper, etc. even though we were told on check in we would be provided this service and our room number would be put on the list for that day. When I found a housekeeper, she pointed out our room was not included on her daily task list. Two elevators serviced the hotel and only one was in service. There was no “out of order” on the 2nd one, but we were there 3 nights and the 2nd one never moved. And the one that did work was extremely slow. Breakfast was just so so."

"Clean, spacious, very comfortable room. Couch, ottoman, and a study desk were plus. I purchased beer, snack, and sweets. Enjoyed the stay. Workers were very helpful and friendly. I would go back again. "

"Very nice place. Clean & comfortable. Well maintained. Great location. Easy walk to bus transportation Center. A few minutes more will get you to Woodfield Mall. Excellent hot breakfast. Will definitely return."

"Coffee pot in room was sticky inside where the water goes in. Had to move it to another outlet to turn it on. No decaf in lobby. Ice machine didn’t work. "

"Room could have been cleaner. Counter and mirror had hairs and gross yellow stuff near leather tray, yuk. Staff wonderful and bartender made great margarita! "
