"When first walking into the hotel we immediately noticed an odor. This odor lingered throughout the hotel including into the actual room. The toilet in the bathroom smelled as if someone had just had a bowel movement. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The tv didn’t have very many tv options and the WiFi didn’t work which interfered with my work. We were there for 3 days and no one offered to clean the room. I just kind of wish that we would’ve had a microwave versus being a gift and having to run to the lobby to a warmer food it should be an enjoying experience and a relaxing experience. I don’t think I should have to go to the lobby to warm up a meal that I would like to have in my room and run back upstairs."
