"We booked the Estimar hotel and on short notice got relocated to the SH Ingles hotel due to a „technical issue“. SH ingles in itself was a clean hotel in a good location but was definitely missing the pool, the roof terrace, the gym. Essentially all the items, we booked the Estimar for. Also, SH had super loud rooms with paper thin walls, which was an big nuisance. No compensation for the forgone services and minor quality of the replacement hotel was offered. "Het Valentia Cabillers voelt als een boutique hotel. Het ligt zeer centraal, bijna tegen de kathedraal We hadden kamer 102 en die was ruim. Schoonmaak was altijd gedaan. Bed was prettig. Ontbijt op het dakterras is, mede door de uitstekende, vriendelijke bediening een genot. Keuze is niet super uitgebreid, maar meer dan voldoende en van prima kwalitieit. Volgende keer zou ik weer hiervoor kiezen. Als ik dan een minpunt moet noemen, dan is dat dat de airco vrij gehorig is."
