Historic building, beautiful views, lovely accommodations, wonderfully located, delicious breakfast - and most of all, a truly special host. One caveat, there are stairs (though the owner will take care of baggage), so if you are mobility restricted, you would need to take that into consideration."

The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home.
