"I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. "Great located boutique hotel near the Trevi fountain. Can walk to most places of interest. Lots of shops and restaurants to go to. We didn’t have time to go to the hotel restaurant but it had a good rating. There was a lovely aroma when you walked into reception, made you feel relaxed after walking all day. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. I did email beforehand for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room when we arrived to surprise my partner but unfortunately it wasn’t there. After...
