"Beautiful hotel. Great bed, really great shower. Most of the front staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great location. The staff is friendly and hospitable! The breakfast was lovely. The rooms are clean, updated and have all the right amities. The owners are incredibly helpful and extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend staying here. It is in the heart of the city. The location is amazing!!"

"Nice clean hotel in perfect location in touring Palermo. Room was a bit small but not surprising for European standards. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. Staff was excellent. Great stay for touring Palermo historical sites."

"Very comfortable stay and perfect location"

"This is superb, characterful hotel with excellent and friendly staff who really looked after us. It has fantastic rooms (ask for one of the bigger ones). The welcome snack and map was great. The owner parked our car and that was incredibly helpful. Superb location and use the spa if you can!"

"In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations."

"Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Wir waren von dem tollen und frischen Frühstück überrascht. Leckeres Obst, eine tolle Auswahl fürs Müsli und viel frisches und süßes Gebäck."

"The staff, especially Giuseppe in the restaurant, was extra special. The room was also excellent. I would definitely return."

"Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!"

"Excellent boutique hotel located with easy walking access and proximity to Old City sites. Charming room with high ceilings and large private balcony adjacent to reception/bar/breakfast room/lounge on the top floor. Effervescent staff who are eager to suggest best ways to spend time in Palermo and make dining reservations on behalf of the guests. Reception hours are limited to two shifts organized around breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) and afternoon/evening (4:30-8:30)."
