This was my 5th time staying at Enjoy Pucón, and overall I still had a great experience. Not everything was perfect this time around. Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also
