"The staff were great, really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay even better than expected. The views were amazing and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. "

"Went to pool and they didn’t have towel but were told one would be brought over for us. We waited for a very long time and couldn’t get out and walk through everything wet but finally had to since they never showed back up. Then we had to call and ask for water three times before they brought any after we went to the front desk twice asking.
Next was not really their fault but we asked for a tuk tuk to town so they called their guy and he tried to charge us over double the price. We said no...

"Days Inn is located at the top of a hill which means great views but a long walk up! Our bedroom had a little balcony which was nice and the room was clean. Our bathroom had an open drain and did not smell great which was a downside. The breakfast was fresh fruit and eggs with toast each morning which was well prepared, however we were hoping for more traditional style breakfasts! "

"First of all, anybody that is thinking to rent this place. PLEASE DON'T! It doesn't include AC. Location from kandy Town is about 2km, but it is so deep inside an area that you won't have phone signals or event street light when it is night. Me and both my parents were given 3 bottles of small mineral water for our 7 night stay at the hotel!! Bathroom shampoo and body shower only been given ONCE! A day have passed and we were still hanging in to this horrible hotel, why waste when we have...
