Joy, another front desk team member, welcomed us with genuine kindness at check-in and ensured we felt right at home throughout our entire stay. The beach service is easy, comfortable, and handled by friendly staff who take care of everything. The hotel’s complimentary car service made getting around Palm Beach effortless, with drivers who were prompt and helpful. Dining at The Colony is another standout. The Pink Paradise Café and Swifty’s both serve fantastic food in vibrant, stylish settings that capture the charm of Palm Beach. The Colony isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination.
