"Staff was welcoming. Property is pet friendly with minimal fee, compared to other hotels. When I let her know we had our dog with us, she asked if we preferred ground floor, instead of 2nd floor that we were assigned. That was very considerate of her. Room was clean and well equipped with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. A/C was 10/10, worked great! We slept well, no outside noises. Breakfast was made to order from a menu. Food was good and morning breakfast staff were kind and helpful. Besides regular and decaf coffee, there was a nice assortment of teas and a self serve fancy coffee machine. The Latte was really good. We sat in the shade outside, which wasn’t bad for 9am in July 😎 It was really nice to have a check-out time of noon. We were traveling east and didn’t want an early start with the sunrise in our eyes. I would recommend this Best Western Plus and stay there again."

"When I arrived i was a little taken back but the staff was friendly well groomed and very attentive to my needs while I was here for the stay i booked for one night then 3 then one week I progress the employee have made here is night and day I 99% recommend you to stay here it's safe clean and relaxing with a nice open pool keep up the great work here guys it looks great"

"Everything was fantastic with one exception. We were hungry and exhausted after driving to the destination. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk suggested dinner at the on site restaurant. However, when we went to the restaurant, the female manager who was seating guests seemed to blatantly snub us. She kept walking up to the hostess desk where we were waiting, but three times walked away without seating us. We stood there and watched her socialize with other guests for several minutes while we waited. Then, when another staff member finally saw us standing there and offered to seat us, she came back across the restaurant to the desk, took the menus out of his hand as she walked back toward the desk rather than toward the dining room and said “I guess I can seat you now” in a sarcastic tone. My husband couldn’t ignore her rudeness any longer and told her that he felt she was being rude and had been ignoring us. Her reaction was startling. She stared him down, grinned strangely and, through gritted teeth, told him that she provides excellent customer service. Her demeanor was combative and made it clear that she was intentionally snubbing us. She clearly wanted to escalate the hostility rather than smoothing things over. Exhausted and hungry, we left the restaurant and went walking in the 100 degree heat in search of somewhere to eat. Everything else at the hotel was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the great customer service at the hotel front desk."
