"honestly don’t know where to start. It’s unbelievable to think a hotel can be this perfect, but this place truly is. When the A/C in Room 377 stopped working, the front desk team immediately took care of us and changed our room without any issues. Their service was outstanding. The restaurant staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. Special thanks to Yassine, Lamiaa, Youssef, Yossein, El Habib, and Ismail for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. And the entertainment… wow! The DJ was fantastic, and the African performers were absolutely incredible—so much energy, talent, and fun. Every single person made our stay memorable. The only unfortunate part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Some guests would reserve pool chairs early in the morning by leaving towels on them for hours without actually using them. It’s inconsiderate to other guests who are trying to enjoy the pool area. There are designated places to leave personal belongings, and pool chairs should be available for those who are actively using them. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!"

"This property is so beautiful. It feels like you are in the middle of your own private oasis. It’s very peaceful and all the amenities like hammam and shuttle to Medina made our stay even better. Staff were great as well as breakfast with delicious bread and fresh squeezed orange juice."

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."

"1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget."
