"Overall I had a nice and relaxing experience. The dinner and lunch were okay, loved the pasta station, but the breakfast needs work.. The tall slim balding guy who was there giving out and collecting the towels was rude to me but nice to others! But other than that it was beautiful. The one entertainer lady with the red hair was very welcoming and the dj played good music!"

"We had an amazing stay here, great value for money, the best service I've ever received hands down. Would recommend a trip to Morocco and this hotel to anyone. About 30 mins from the Medina but the shuttle service is reliable and free just need to book it in advance. The main restaurant has lots of choice and good food, great service you'll not think much about eating out. The two other restaurants were also very nice, I'd try all of them if you stay for a week. Pool area is great, lots of activities run by the staff who are good fun and keep everyone entertained during the day and at night around the pool bar. All inclusive drinks were very good, a few beer and wine options and about 15 cocktails to choose from. We took full advantage of this. The hot oil massage at the spa is worth a go."

"We stayed 4 nights/5 days at this hotel in August. Such a lovely staff, a very nice room, good food and a beautiful poolside area. It was quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is located a bit outside the city center. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool, and the staff was helpful with everything we asked for. It was never a problem no matter what. As this is a smaller boutiqe hotel, we felt almost like family during our stay, as the staff was so easy going, but still very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech."

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."
