"First time visiting Palm Springs, and in the middle of a 11 day road trip, this was an affordable option in a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay. Parking was tight and limited. Seemed like a safe area, no Issues.
Hotels.com description said washer and dryer in every unit, that is not the case.
There is 1 washer and 1 dryer available it is not in the unit. I informed the front desk of the miss information.
Walls are a bit thin, they were able to move our room away from the pool to a quieter area. Everyone was very nice, clean room, no coffee in lobby but in room coffee was available."
"The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We loved how they showed the World Cup game and also the basketball game in the back room by the pool. It was very cool and a cool space to hang out."
"Great experience for me and my wife to have a weekend trip. Highly recommend. Walking distance to many nearby stores and restaurants, room was super clean, and pool was a great time."
"Great stay however the room layout was not the best. Night stand blocked our balcony door and was difficult to go in and out of room. And when sofa bed was in use it was hard to get to other side."
"The room was great for my family of 4 (kids 6 and 12 yrs old). We enjoyed the separate living room area from the bedroom. The beds seemed more like a full size than a queen size like the description said so it was a bit tight. We tried to use the pullout bed in the living room, however the mattress was not great. As you laid down you felt the springs on your back, so we just used the couch for my husband. The staff were all great. We used the pool all weekend and that was very nice. The whole family enjoyed it. The location can't be beat either. So close to the casino, about a 6 min walk. Soo many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely come back."
"HI!
If you want a place to stay with a very nice pool area, including plenty of shade and a hot tub you found it. I've stayed here many times and enjoyed it.
Your room has a fridge.
