Most Staff were very Unfriendly and Unhelpful the main one in the desk was forever rolling her eyes and did not make you feel welcome.
Had a problem with the 1st Room all light switches and sockets were on a 10 min timer they then went off if no movement in the room. This resulted in my friends breathing maching going off which could have been fatal. A Maintenance Man fixed a socket so it wouldnt go off however the following night all the lights and switches went off and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night
They told us all the rooms were on motion switch off after 10 mins but the room we were moved to wasnt!
Also the new room had a cold shower which we had to report 3x to be told by the moody receptionist that it wasnt their fault if we had used all the Hot Water! We hadnt even had any Hot Water. After 2 cold showers a maintainence man came up while we were in the room and he explained the blue usually cold was hot and the red usually hot was cold it had been plumbed in incorrectly!
Not a very nice breakfast either the scrambled eggs were very salty and most people threw them away
Despite a good location would not stay there again as good customer service and friendliness of hotel staff matters!
