"This is a wonderful Best Western Plus. We had a balcony suite that had a bedroom, living room, large refrigerator, small cooktop and full kitchenware, ie.. plates, glasses and silverware and a dishwasher. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks. Fresh cookies everyday. Coffee anytime and delicious free breakfast. The staff were very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The vending machine was done, there was only a person at the desk at check in, the TV was terrible. They have dish next work and the picture quality was bad. You could only listen to the TV. We stayed here 2 different times and both times about 3 am the person above us sounded like they were moving all the furniture around. The hallway freaked of cigarette smoke."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but it was nice to have it included. Parking was tight. The location and view for fantastic! It was right across the street from the free shuttle into Manitou."

"The staff were polite and welcoming. The 2 queen, Room was spacious and cozy. The pool was great for the kids, disappointing no hot tub. The breakfast buffet was delicious especially the waffles. The location was prime close to everything but yet quieter from road noise."

"Just in disrepair, especially in the room. Peeling ceiling paint, damaged trim, rust around shower light, hallways needed vacuuming. Just poor maintenance overall."

"The room itself was fine for the week. However, better security is needed. My car was set on fire on Monday the 1st early. Not the way to start the move to Colorado Springs. I would like to have some sort of remuneration (money) for said fire since it wasn't my fault. Otherwise, it was a good stay. But I won't stay there again."

"The stay was okay. Both bathrooms in our suite could use a face lift. Paint chipping/peeling, etc. Breakfast was very standard but there’s too many people in the hotel for such a small breakfast area. It was extremely crowded every morning."

"The carpets were nice, new and clean in our room as were the floors in the kitchen and bathroom in our room. The king size bed was quite comfortable.The furniture looks like it came from the last day of a yard sale; old, scratched, cracked and dented. The couch was filthy, sticky to the touch, and and the naugahyde cushions on it were peeling in long strips. The breakfast eating area was about half the size needed to accommodate the volume of guests on a regular day. Standard free breakfast...
