"Staff was great but hotel felt run down and rooms felt old. There was a floor fan running in our hallway all night and the AC unit ran nonstop from the wall either blowing freezing air or hot air. Fitness room was closed for no reason "

"The hotel is very nice. Good decor, clean, small nice when you go in. The staff were excellent, very friendly. Check in was super easy. The bed was hard as a rock. It felt like a board with a sheet over it. The pillows were flat. Other than that, the room was great."

"The design was great along with the staff. However, the king room has a mold smell and floor was damp. We tried two other rooms. The king up stairs the AC did not work and it was filthy. The queen downstairs smelled like mold. We had to spend the night since it was so late and canceled the second night. It was also noisy being right next to the road and there was a weird clicking noise."

"It’s a clean property and easy to find. I love the room set up except for whoever thought it was a good idea to not have bathroom doors that block light. That’s a bigger Springhill problem though "

"This is an older hotel but well maintained. Staff friendly and welcoming. To things when traveling safe and clean. Older places never disappoint. "

"Upon reading the reviews, I was a little bit nervous about this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The outside is not the best looking, however, the room looks newly renovated and very clean. There were no bugs as I saw previously stated in reviews. Their free breakfast is limited to cereal and waffles, but it is nice to have. The AC was cold, and the shower was hot. The only complaint I have is the fact that there was construction going on in the room above me during the day other than that, I had a great stay. I definitely would stay again."
