"The pictures in the suites show a microwave. They have no microwaves and it showed a dining room table. They have no dining room tables in the suites and the shower water was lukewarm."

"The water in the shower hardly came out. My shampoo in my hair could not be rinsed out properly. There really should be exhaust fans in each bathroom as this will eventually cause mold! Too much noise at night at around 8 pm and early in the morning. Someone was actually vacuuming at around 9:30 am. Even if i wanted to sleep in, it was not possible! Maids werent friendly at all. Bad customer service!!"

"I made a simple mistake making reservations for 4/18/26 instead of 4/11/26. I tried to cancel the 4/18/26 reservation but all I got was the runaround. I am out $187 for a simple mistake that neither EXPEDIA or the hotel would simply correct and refund my money. I made and paid for the 4/11/26 reservation at the front desk of the hotel. I still haven’t received any confirmation of my refund."

"I’m stay 5 days and 4 nights but I got only 1 time for clean up my room . I go down to reception to pick up for clean towels . I was required for clean my room in the morning but when we back to the hotel at evening the room still dirty and no clean at bathrooms. Very disappointed and never come back ."

"Room not ready at check in. Staff really rude. I was pushed aside and told move aside we will wait on her first- who was the person behind me and told there was not a room ready for me. It was after the 4pm check in time. The woman in front of me had an issue. Waited 20 minutes. Another employee tells me room not ready come back in an hour. I was upset, missed by dinner reservations, and a room was suddenly ready in 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management. I was told no manager would...
