"The property need updating. The room is clean and spacious, but the hotel needs updating. The price does not include a daily maid service. There are no robes. No complimentary water. The TV has limited viewing options. The hotel is marketed as luxury but there is no actual luxury aspect. The location is 100/100 though. A quick walk to mag mile."

"5 Star from check in to check out!!! Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The pool was on the 19th floor with a city view. Our room was spacious & modern. The Bar had live music Saturday night. Plenty of public/street parking! Great location! Highly recommend!!!"

"One of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable and private, although the one small pillow was underwhelming. Everything was very clean. Only four beds to a room made it feel almost like a regular hotel."

"Experience could’ve been significantly better. There’s no real way to get rid of trash from takeout apart from “leaving it in front of the door” but no one ever comes to get it. For the price one would think that it would be in much better shape but instead there’s peeling wallpaper and a shower that constantly drips no matter how you adjust the shower head. Cleanliness can be so much better since towels had some light stains along with the bedding. The location is it’s only real saving grace,...

"Older building. Hallway smelled like trash. The bed linens appeared wrinkle making me think that perhaps the sheets weren’t changed. Because it’s a budget hotel, young people stayed here and were extremely loud. "

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"The only negative note I had was I wanted to be able to go to my balcony to check out the city from my room but besides that. I had a WONDERFUL stay. The rooms were nicely organized and cleaned and the showers felt amazing. If I ever go to Chicago, i will definitely book with them again! "
