"Second time staying here. Love it. Although the room seemed smaller and not a great view at all. I was in bldg 1 this time. 3rd floor. The noise from Tom's Watch bar was annoying. Especially in the morning. Blasting house music at 7:30am. But I called down to front desk and they took care of immediately. The staff here is wonderful. My only complaint is the valet parking. It's pretty expensive and when the hotel is busy you have to wait awhile for your car and it's a pain if you want to come and...

"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."
