"Our room was very clean and comfortable with newer furnishings. The location to the cruise port is very convenient. Very disappointed that the pool was so dirty which prevented us from enjoying it. The included breakfast was good and despite the business was kept replenished and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff.

"Dirty parking lot, elevator smelled awful, MOLDY, MUSKY smelling room. The ac smelled like feet and the ventilation was non existent. Dirty walls and shower curtain. I chose this property to stay at because of the star reviews. THEY ARE DECEIVING!! I felt bad for my family. The breakfast was great and the lady who cooks was very kind and helpful. The young man who checked us in was very rude. He did not want to be at work. "

"Cleaning staff friendly. Rooms stuffy - got problems with sinuses and throat as a result. Pool was not a pool but a jacuzzi. Disappointing compared with other hotels of similar description in the area. "
